Bright Onion Pedals build times

•    The build time for our BOP Blocks and pedals are 7 to 14 days unless stated otherwise in the product description.
•    The build time for our cables are 3 to 7 days unless stated otherwise in the product description.
•    Rockboard, EBS cables and PedalPatch cable kits will be posted in 1 to 2 working days unless it is to be sent with a pedal or cable that is made to order.

Shipping

We do not work weekends or public holidays and orders ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland)

EU & Northern Ireland

Regrettably, we are currently unable to sell to the EU and Northern Ireland, following the introduction of the EU General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988 (GPSR) in December 2024.

To fully comply with the regulation, we would need to have a representative and business address in the EU or NI, and as micro business either of those are beyond our resources.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and explore potential options for resuming EU and Northern Ireland sales in the future.

Duties and Taxes For Customers Outside of the UK
